Basic Policy on Information Security

01Information Security Objectives

We recognize that it is our social responsibility to protect the information assets entrusted to us by our customers and business partners as well as our own information assets from any threats and to ensure the continuity and stability of our business activities.To this end, we will work to ensure the necessary information security, and to achieve this, we have established a basic policy for information security.

02Information Security Basic Policy Coverage

We require all persons involved in the handling and management of our information assets (directors, employees, temporary workers, contractors, and their employees) to comply with this policy.

03Information Security System

We shall establish an “Information Security Committee” for the purpose of implementing information security, appoint an Information Security Manager to maintain information security, and maintain such a system.

04Implementation of information security measures

To protect the information assets held by our company, we conduct risk assessments based on the confidentiality, integrity, availability, threats, and vulnerability of information, and strive to take measures against threats such as loss, leakage, alteration, and destruction.

05Compliance with laws and regulations

We recognize the legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to information security, and we make our officers and employees aware of the importance of information security and continuously educate and enlighten them to ensure compliance with such requirements.

06Continuous Improvement

We conduct periodic audits and other evaluations to inspect compliance with information security.In addition, we will conduct reviews as appropriate in response to changes in the environment, such as changes in information systems and new threats, and implement continuous improvements.
